Reaching Our Offices
We have two offices. Newton is at 1400 Centre St #102, in Newton Centre, and you can call it at (617) 795-7211. Norwood is at 661 Washington St #211, and its number is (781) 762-6688.
Hours differ between the two offices. Newton is open Monday and Wednesday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. Norwood is open Tuesday 9 am to 6 pm and Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm, plus the third Friday (8:30 am to 6 pm) and third Saturday (8:30 am to 3 pm) of each month. Dr. Kaceli sees patients at both, and you can choose whichever is easier for you to get to.
When you call, it helps to have your insurance card nearby and to know whether you're a new or existing patient. If you're new, the team can also point you to the paperwork to finish before your first visit. Have a question about a bill, a past treatment or an upcoming appointment? Call the office where you were seen, since that team has your record in front of them.

Someone from the team will call or email you to confirm a day and time. A request isn't a booked appointment until you've heard back from us.
If you're in pain, have a broken tooth or think something is urgent, please don't wait on the form. Call the office directly so we can help you sooner.
The form is for scheduling, so keep your message short. Please don't send detailed health information through it. You can go over your history with us on the phone or at your visit, and new patients can use our secure new patient forms.
