Our Commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this site. We test pages as we build them and keep working on issues as we find them or as patients tell us about them.
What the Site Does
- Keyboard navigation. You can move through menus, links, buttons and forms with a keyboard, and focus is visible as you go.
- Text alternatives. Meaningful images have descriptions for screen readers. Decorative images are hidden from them.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the site cuts back on animation.
- Video controls. The homepage background video has no sound and can be paused with the button in its corner.
- Color contrast. Text and controls are designed to meet contrast guidelines, and color isn't used as the only way to show information.
- Structure. Pages use clear headings and labeled form fields so they work well with assistive technology.
Known Limitations
Some content on the site comes from other companies, including embedded maps, online patient forms, financing applications and review platforms. We choose these tools with care, but we don't control how they're built, and parts of them may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
If one of them gets in your way, call us. The team can help you book, fill out forms with you over the phone or at the office, or answer the question you came to the site with.
Report a Problem or Request Another Format
If something on this site is hard to use, or you'd like information in a different format, please call either office. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll work on a fix or get you the information another way.

Visiting Our Offices
If you use a wheelchair or walker, need help getting to the treatment room, or have any other access need, mention it when you book. The team can tell you what to expect at the office you're visiting and plan your appointment around what you need.
