One Practice in Two Towns
Dr. Kaceli opened her first office in Norwood, at 661 Washington St #211. She chose the town after spending time there and getting to know the people. The Newton office followed, at 1400 Centre St #102, in Newton Centre.
Both offices share the same owner and the same standards, and much of the team works across both. Some patients stick with one location. Others use whichever is closer to work or home that week. You can read Dr. Kaceli's story on our Meet Dr. Kaceli page, or contact us to find the office that suits you best.
How Care Works Here
Dr. Kaceli wanted a practice that gives patients time. Appointments start with a conversation about what you want, and treatment plans come with options, explained in plain language.
The approach is calm and gentle. If you feel anxious about dental visits, tell us and we'll take it into account. Dr. Kaceli describes the practice as a family, and she wants people to feel comfortable, confident and cared for from their first visit on.
Care here also looks past the tooth in front of us. Your gums, your bite, your sleep and your general health all connect to your mouth, so we pay attention to the whole patient. When you need a specialist, we work with ones who know our patients, including a periodontist and a sleep physician.
Ongoing Education and Technology
Dentistry changes quickly, and Dr. Kaceli treats education as non-negotiable. She and the team attend conferences and classes on days the offices are closed to stay current with new techniques.
Both of our offices have the same technology: digital X-rays, CBCT 3D cone-beam imaging, iTero and TRIOS intraoral scanners, and intraoral cameras. These tools give us a closer look and make it easier to show you what we see.
Languages Spoken by Our Team
Our team members speak English, French, Farsi, Arabic, Albanian, Greek and Lithuanian. If you'd be more comfortable talking about your care in one of these languages, let us know when you call and we'll tell you who can help.
Supporting Our Communities
Giving back is part of how the practice sees its role in both towns. Our community outreach focuses on oral health education and better access to dental care.
We have sponsored Albanians Fighting Cancer USA and Newton Little League. If you have a local group or event and would like to work with us, call either office.
